A Great Space to Work

In the Heart of Ottawa

The Canada Council recently moved to a stunning new home at 150 Elgin St. in the heart of downtown Ottawa and just steps from Canada’s Parliament Buildings.

Surrounded by Art

Our offices include a publicly accessible exhibition space and in addition are lined with a stunning selection of art works from the Canada Council Art Bank, making beauty and inspiration a part of daily life at Council.

Environmental Commitment

Our offices are in Performance Court, a Gold, Class A LEED-certified tower. Our open-concept workspaces take advantage of natural light throughout the building. Much of the interior was fashioned from recycled or refurbished materials and state-of-the-art climate controls keep our staff comfortable despite a low carbon footprint.
